• Maintain accurate case information in the firm's cloud-based system, including communications, treatment status, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate with the administrative support team on filings and back-office work while retaining ownership of client communication and case progression.

• Prior hands-on U.S. personal injury case management experience, with responsibilities beyond administrative filings.
• Workers' compensation case management experience and practical knowledge of California claims procedures, insurance claims administration, and Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) processes.
• Understanding of medical treatment coordination, authorization requests, utilization review, and claims follow-up.

• Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours.
• Direct experience independently managing California workers' compensation cases is strongly preferred.
• Experience using cloud-based legal case management software.
• Experience working alongside a dedicated filings or back-office team.
