Senior Fullstack Developer

• Work across Synera's web-based execution platform, low-code desktop editor, and customer portal
• Bring product components together into a cohesive user experience
• Own features end-to-end
• Experiment with new approaches and incorporate AI into the development workflow
• Improve how users interact with complex engineering automations
• Explore new technologies and connect different products
• Sync with developers across teams and collaborate on technical challenges
• Participate in design sessions for complex features
• Create pull requests and conduct thoughtful code reviews
• Demonstrate completed sprint work
• Join customer calls with the customer success team
• Prototype solutions to customer problems during bi-weekly project time
• Learn the codebase and product, support developers through reviews, and take on increasingly complex stories
• Add and adjust skills of the software factory
• Take responsibility for larger features and epics
• Drive topics in an expert domain
• Own design and technical decisions for modules or features

• At least 3 years of working experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency in TypeScript and web application frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Proficiency in either C#/.NET or Python
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker and confidence in basic DevOps tasks
• Familiarity with AI tools and coding agents
• Ability to resonate with Synera's Core Values
• Ideally, experience with WPF
• ReactiveUI knowledge is a plus
• Experience as a solution or software architect is possible
• Mechanical engineering background or experience working on engineering software is advantageous
