Project Manager III

• Maintain the Findings & Assurance Register, including logging findings, assigning owners and due dates, and flagging escalation risks
• Track Deal Gate submissions against the five-working-day SLA and maintain decision records and evidence packs
• Compile DAO Scorecard data and reporting metrics
• Manage scheduling, agendas, action logs, and follow-up tracking for assurance and mobilisation forums
• Support Operational Readiness Review administration and collate evidence ahead of go-live decisions
• Assess and manage variances against register due dates and Deal Gate SLA windows, escalating risks and patient-safety implications
• Maintain version control and distribution of governance documents and DAO artefacts
• Coordinate stakeholders across EDE, Account Owners, and Service Delivery Managers
• Onboard new findings from healthcare accounts into the register
• Produce reporting packs for Healthcare Vertical leadership and Account Executive Assurance sessions
• Provide work direction to supporting coordination staff and foster knowledge exchange within the DAO operations team

• High School Diploma or regional equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree required; additional relevant experience may substitute degree requirement at the manager's discretion
• CAPM or PMP preferred
• ITIL Foundation a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in project or programme management required
• Demonstrable experience working within or supporting healthcare accounts or healthcare IT environments required
• Intermediate knowledge of the project and delivery lifecycle
• Intermediate knowledge of Rackspace's Healthcare Vertical objectives and strategy, including the Healthcare Delivery Assurance Office operating model
• Working knowledge of healthcare delivery environments, including clinical workflow, PHI or regulatory scope
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of healthcare terminology and risk categories, including HIPAA, PHI and EHR platforms such as Epic and Cerner
• Skills in project management, delivery management, risk assessment/management, stakeholder management, process improvement, business analytics, presentation building, and Jira Software
• Schedule flexibility to work a weekend day regularly and holidays as required for 24/7 operations and align with US Healthcare Vertical working hours
