Senior Credit Data Analyst

About the role

• Design, test, and refine credit policies (underwriting, credit limits, and cutoff rules), measuring the impact of each change on approval rates, risk, and business results
• Build and maintain tracking for credit KPIs, including approval rate, vintage delinquency, FPD, over 30/60/90, roll rate, and loss
• Investigate KPI deviations, identify root causes, and present clear recommendations to the business team
• Monitor the performance of models and scores used in credit policy (KS, Gini, PSI) and identify when recalibration is needed
• Structure A/B tests and champion/challenger testing for credit policies
• Present analyses to managers and business teams, translating numbers into actionable decisions
• Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts by reviewing code and analyses

• Solid experience—typically 5 or more years—in credit data analysis within banking, fintech, retail, or telecommunications
• Practical experience with credit policy, including proposing, implementing, and monitoring policy changes
• Strong command of key credit risk indicators and vintage analysis
• Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy)
