Lead Consultant – Microsoft 365 Strategy, Governance & Smart Work

• Develop holistic Modern Work, Smart Work, and Microsoft Cloud strategies
• Translate business, organizational, and technical requirements into concepts, target operating models, and roadmaps
• Advise on Microsoft 365, AI/Copilot, governance, data protection, and secure collaboration
• Lead complex customer projects involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Purview, Intune, and Defender
• Support Copilot readiness, AI governance, and the development of secure operating and usage concepts
• Plan and facilitate workshops, assessments, and management alignment meetings
• Coordinate relevant stakeholders and support adoption and change processes
• Collaborate with consulting, engineering, and project teams as well as external partners
• Identify and evaluate innovative Smart Work, AI, and automation opportunities
• Further develop the consulting portfolio and internal standards
• Take responsibility for complex customer programs and cross-functional consulting approaches at Principal level
• Provide subject-matter mentoring and help develop new service offerings

• Degree or vocational training in IT, business, engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience advising clients and leading complex customer projects in the Microsoft 365, Modern Work, or cloud environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Experience with cloud strategies, governance, security, compliance, and AI/Copilot
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Intune, Defender, and Azure is a plus
• Experience developing strategies, roadmaps, and governance concepts
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders and change
• Strategic, structured, and independent working style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical relationships clearly and develop practical solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and the ability to evaluate innovations based on customer value
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Willingness to travel for selected customer meetings and workshops
