Junior Consultant

• Analyze complex business questions and develop structured approaches to solutions
• Prepare decision-making materials for senior management
• Take ownership of individual workstreams within projects
• Structure data, formulate hypotheses, and test them analytically
• Present project findings precisely and in a way tailored to the target audience
• Work closely with experienced consultants
• Contribute to strategic projects for companies with complex, asset-intensive business models
• Gain direct insight into clients’ strategic decision-making processes

• Excellent degree in business, engineering, or another technical discipline
• At least one internship or working-student position in management consulting
• Ideally, experience working on strategic or project-related issues
• Analytical and structured approach to complex topics
• Precise working style and a strong commitment to the quality of results
• Ability to take on responsibility quickly and familiarize yourself with new topics
• Clear communication tailored to the target audience
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel as part of project work
• School-leaving certificate, university degree certificate, and all employment references must be submitted
