Junior Data Analyst – AI, Automation

• Build the foundation of the AI-powered FP&A reporting stack on GCP, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Gemini, and Google Workspace
• Migrate existing reports and dashboards from Looker Studio and Google Sheets to the new solution
• Design and implement data pipelines using BigQuery, Sheets, and files from country teams, with validation and error handling
• Build AI agents and workflows that generate reports, commentary, and variance explanations
• Automate recurring tasks with SQL, Python, and Google Apps Script
• Document architecture, processes, and workflows for maintainability
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security, including access control and confidential-data handling in AI tools
• Support ad hoc analyses for the finance team and business

• Experience working with data (internship, side project, or university project is fine)
• Solid SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY; window functions are a plus)
• Basic Python and/or Apps Script/JavaScript, and willingness to write production-quality code
• Hands-on interest in GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI or similar); personal or course projects count
• Daily, practical use of AI assistants (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for code and analysis, with a critical approach to their output
• Understanding that financial data must always be verified
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and independence in finding solutions
• Fluent Polish
• English minimum B2
