Junior SAP BASIS Consultant

• Monitor SAP system performance, identifying and resolving potential issues to optimize performance
• Monitor hardware resources, adjust memory settings, and optimize databases
• Provide technical support to system users
• Troubleshoot issues and answer questions related to system administration
• Analyze error logs and implement solutions
• Participate in SAP system upgrade and migration projects
• Apply update packages and implement new functionality
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper SAP integration with other systems
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the SAP BASIS ecosystem

• Experience with one or more of the following databases: HANA, SQL Server, Oracle, and/or DB2
• General knowledge of SAP BASIS
• Experience handling day-to-day support tickets
• Experience with cloud servers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience working with Red Hat Linux, SUSE, Windows, and AIX servers, including user and profile administration
• Advanced to fluent proficiency in English or Spanish
• Experience with S/4HANA (preferred)
• SAP certifications (preferred)
• Intermediate to fluent proficiency in English or Spanish (preferred)
