Junior Operations Analyst

• Review orders, prescriptions, medical reports, and other documents required for service fulfillment.
• Validate order eligibility according to the rules established by the client’s program.
• Assess technical aspects related to medications, prescriptions, and documentation.
• Approve, reject, or request additional information for orders according to defined criteria.
• Forward approved orders to partner distributors.
• Track order status and address pending issues, delays, or delivery problems.
• Keep operational records and controls up to date, ensuring order traceability.

• Technical training in Nursing or Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of medications, prescriptions, medical orders, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to interpret and validate technical order information.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and operating systems.
