Social Media Assistant

• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Create simple graphics and short videos
• Respond to comments and messages in the brand voice
• Track engagement and report weekly on results
• Research trends and content ideas
• Own the daily social media calendar for a UK brand
• Work UK hours from 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

• Experience managing social media for a brand or business
• Experience with Canva and a scheduler such as Metricool or Buffer
• Strong written English and an eye for good content
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Reliability with deadlines
• Experience editing short video with CapCut (nice to have)
• Familiarity with paid social basics (nice to have)
• Experience writing captions for a UK audience (nice to have)
