Product Manager – AI
About the role
• Work directly with the CPO
• Shape innovative AI products from 0→1
• Own the product roadmap and feature definition
• Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features
• Map the full product surface area, from dashboard through every feature and cross-module connection
• Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education
• Become the central product expert and own the end-to-end product experience
• Turn complex functionality into a clean, simple, integrated UX across modules
• Identify product gaps through deep-dives, usage signals, and customer feedback
• Cross-reference specification, staging, and production states to identify gaps and regressions
• Collaborate with design and engineering while driving UX independently when needed
• Immediate joiners are preferred, but everyone will be considered
• Hands-on, meticulous Product Manager
• Quickly become a central power user and product expert
• Own UX end-to-end
• Find gaps through product deep-dives and data
• Proven experience optimizing onboarding and driving higher conversion and lower drop-offs through product onboarding
• Strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design
• Extremely curious and willing to challenge decisions
• Obsessive about identifying friction, inconsistencies, uncaptured opportunities, and missing connections between modules
• Able to cross-reference specification, staging, and production states to catch gaps and regressions
• Extremely data-driven and customer-centric
• Action-oriented prioritization; avoids overbuilding and reduces UI clutter
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Strong judgment on importance versus noise
• Produces comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal review
• Comfortable partnering with design and engineering
• Able to drive UX independently when needed
