Junior Compliance Manager – Legal AI Tech

• Support the certification cycle for ISO 27001, 9001, 27017, 27018 and 42001, BSI C5, SOC 2 and TISAX
• Collect evidence, track controls and corrective actions, and help prepare internal and external audits
• Maintain compliance documentation, policies and records
• Grow and refine the company knowledge base, including internal documentation and questionnaire answers
• Handle customer and partner compliance requests, including information security questionnaires and due diligence requests
• Use AI tools to work faster and more accurately
• Monitor regulatory developments such as the EU AI Act, GDPR guidance and professional-secrecy rules
• Coordinate data protection processes, including data subject requests, vendor and sub-processor reviews and DPA tracking
• Help run company-wide compliance awareness, onboarding training and self-service guidance
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, Product, Engineering and GTM teams

• A degree in law, business, information management or a related field
• Internships or first work experience in compliance, data protection, audit or information security are a plus
• Ability to track controls, evidence, deadlines and owners
• Attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm under pressure, set priorities and deliver reliable work
• Interest in GDPR, the EU AI Act and security standards
• Ability to explain requirements to engineers or sales colleagues in plain language

• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, spreadsheets and AI tools
• Excellent German and English, written and spoken
