Operations Manager, AI-enabled

• Build and maintain AI workflows with Claude Code to reduce repetitive finance, supply chain, and admin work
• Own inventory and stock planning, manufacturer orders, warehouse coordination, and shipment tracking
• Lead finance operations, including reconciliations, profit reports, invoice checks, payments, and cash flow
• Manage compliance and renewals, keeping certificates, registrations, and insurance up to date
• Run operational reports, verify automated outputs, and act on issues early
• Handle daily operations and administration, including order issues, software subscriptions, Shopify updates, and records
• Lead the operations and finance team, set priorities, check results, and work alongside them
• Document processes and measure time savings, improving accuracy and reducing manual work

• 2+ years in operations, finance operations, or ecommerce
• Strong systems thinking
• Practical, daily AI use
• Demonstrable automation or workflow improvement experience
• Strong Google Sheets skills, including reconciling data across multiple sources
• Confidence learning technical tools, including Claude Code, APIs, and unfamiliar formulas
• Strong ownership and attention to detail
• Clear English communication
• Comfort leading a small team while staying involved in daily execution
• Full-time availability: 48 hours per week
• At least 6 hours of overlap with CET/CEST
• Willingness to perform hands-on work and routine administration
• Ability to verify AI outputs and flag issues proactively
