Graphic Designer

• Design, update, and prepare production-ready packaging cartons and retail assets
• Create and maintain accurate design files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Work with packaging layouts, typography, imagery, color, and written content
• Maintain and apply brand and design guidelines across multiple products and assets
• Create and support 2D and 3D product and packaging visualizations
• Perform image retouching and coordinate with external retouchers
• Review and proofread design files before production
• Ensure visual and color consistency across product imagery, packaging, and retail materials
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines
• Coordinate with photography studios and external creative partners
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
• Identify and resolve design or production issues proactively
• Support evolving creative workflows, including AI-assisted design processes
• Deliver accurate, polished, production-ready creative work on time

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong experience in packaging, consumer products, retail, print production, or similar environments highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
• Strong hands-on experience with InDesign for multi-page layouts and production files
• Experience preparing artwork for print or packaging production
• Strong image retouching skills
• Ability to create high-quality 2D and 3D product or packaging renderings
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color consistency, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and deadline-management skills
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Comfortable participating in meetings and collaborating with English-speaking stakeholders
• Own computer and equipment suitable for professional graphic design work
