Call Center Agent – Sales

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers
• Technical customer support for TV, telephone, and internet issues
• Needs-based product advice and contract optimization
• Sales engagement in every call
• Customer service and sales for Vodafone in a virtual service center

• At least 1 year of call center experience
• Ideally, experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Consistently achieve sales targets
• Reliable availability during the specified working hours
• No secondary employment
• Very good German language skills (C1 level)
• Residence in Germany
• Willingness to work a two-shift schedule Monday through Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Willingness to work every second weekend
