Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support teams in adopting and evolving Agile practices.
• Identify and help remove impediments that impact delivery.
• Promote collaboration among teams, business areas, and technology functions.
• Track team indicators and metrics, encouraging continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners, leadership, and teams in planning and tracking work requests.
• Encourage organization, transparency, and visual work management.
• Share Agile best practices and support the evolution of team maturity.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience working on Information Technology projects or initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to promote collaboration, organization, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• At least one of the following certifications, or an equivalent certification: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster); A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster); PSM I, PSM II, or PSM III (Professional Scrum Master); SAFe Agilist; Kanban Management Professional (KMP).
