Operations Manager – Property Concierge Services

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their property
• Manage and monitor the business through the ALB platform
• Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, where applicable

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships
• Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
