• Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Empathy, confidence, and assertiveness
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Clear, persuasive, and presentation-focused communication skills
• Strong consulting skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work
• Excellent organizational skills
• Sound commercial expertise
• Fluent German and English skills, including professional-level negotiation proficiency
• Solid project management skills
• Affinity for technical topics
