Cognigy Agentic AI Engineer

• Move an existing customer solution built on Cognigy low-code toward a fully agentic architecture
• Work with agent-based dialog flows, autonomous task orchestration, and multi-agent/tool-use patterns within Cognigy
• Integrate LLMs and enterprise systems where applicable
• Design, test, and monitor conversational flows

• Proven, hands-on experience with Cognigy's Agentic AI / AI Agent capabilities, including agent-based dialog flows, autonomous task orchestration, and multi-agent/tool-use patterns within the Cognigy platform
• Real project experience moving a Cognigy-based solution from traditional low-code flows toward an agentic architecture
• Solid understanding of modern conversational AI and agent architectures in general
• Working knowledge of Cognigy.AI core building blocks (Flow Builder, Intents, Entities, Contexts) (nice to have)
• Experience with LLM integration, including GPT and Azure OpenAI, and prompt engineering for agentic use cases (nice to have)
• Experience with Custom Code Nodes using JavaScript/TypeScript or similar (nice to have)
• REST API integration and enterprise system connectivity, such as Salesforce and Genesys (nice to have)
• Conversational flow design, testing, and performance monitoring (nice to have)
