Senior Infrastructure Consultant

• Design, build and support enterprise infrastructure across compute, virtualisation, storage and container platforms
• Work with VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, Microsoft Hyper-V and/or Proxmox VE
• Design and support enterprise storage including SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI and NFS
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments
• Deploy and support Kubernetes and containerised workloads
• Produce HLDs, LLDs, migration plans, implementation plans and technical documentation
• Lead and support infrastructure migrations, upgrades and technology refresh projects
• Work directly with customers through discovery sessions, technical workshops and solution design
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on technical solutions and SOWs
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and work with vendors where required
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other engineers
• Develop expertise across AI infrastructure, automation and emerging data centre technologies

• Strong hands-on experience across virtualisation, compute, storage and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix and/or Proxmox
• Experience with enterprise virtualisation, enterprise compute and physical server infrastructure
• Experience with SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI and NFS
• Experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments
• Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies
• Experience with infrastructure design and technical documentation
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues across compute, storage, virtualisation and operating systems
• Experience in customer-facing consultancy and implementation
• Infrastructure networking fundamentals
• Experience with vSphere/VCF, vSAN, NSX, Nutanix AOS/Prism, HCI, enterprise storage, backup/DR, Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python or public cloud would be advantageous
• Experience with NVIDIA DGX/HGX, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, GPU Operator, Base Command Manager or AI Factory environments is a bonus, but not essential
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn and develop expertise in AI and GPU infrastructure
