Consultant

• Design and deliver Pennylane training sessions for accounting staff and clients
• Create training materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
• Support teams in adopting the platform and becoming self-sufficient
• Host webinars
• Analyze requirements and scope client migration projects to Pennylane
• Manage data migration and data transfer
• Configure the solution at Level 1
• Collaborate with the internal integrator on complex migrations
• Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met
• Provide advanced functional support after deployment
• Diagnose and resolve accounting and tool-related issues
• Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and recommend improvements
• Track product updates and submit deployments to the steering committee
• Promote best practices and optimize internal processes
• Identify obstacles and resistance, and develop support plans
• Work with managers and partners in a collaborative environment

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or finance
• Initial successful experience in an accounting firm or in the deployment of accounting tools/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Pennylane
• Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and closing procedures
• Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
• Strong teaching and communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset
• Team spirit and a strong interest in digital transformation
• Willingness to travel for business to Group offices in southwestern France
