Software Developer

• Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule
• Build, ship, and maintain features across the stack
• Work directly with product and engineering leads

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern stack (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Node.js, or Python)
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Git
• Good spoken and written English for working with U.S. teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of your work
• Availability for overlap with U.S. business hours
• Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (nice to have)
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations (nice to have)
