Ad Graphic Designer

• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging
• Develop visual concepts for digital and print advertisements, including social media ads, display ads, email campaigns, and banners
• Create designs aligned with brand guidelines and target audiences
• Optimize designs for different platforms, ad formats, mobile users, and desktop users
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• A/B test ad designs with the marketing team and use data insights to improve campaign performance
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs on time
• Edit and enhance raw model photography
• Translate and localize promotional creatives for German, Mexican/Spanish, UK, and Japanese markets
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio focused on advertising and marketing materials
• Mastery of industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, including tools for generating concepts or enhancing imagery
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into design improvements
• Experience or comfort localizing designs for international markets and working with multilingual typography
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle ad hoc tasks in a dynamic environment
• Portfolio showcasing advertising work
• Ability to edit and enhance raw model photos according to client standards
• Ability to translate promotional creatives while maintaining design balance and harmony
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field is a plus, not required
