ERP / CRM Manager

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group's ERP and CRM platforms, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Define project roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and report project status to senior leadership
• Gather and prioritize business requirements across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Management teams in multiple countries
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for implementation partners and technical teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across business units
• Lead and develop the internal ERP/CRM and business systems team
• Manage external technology partners and service providers
• Oversee solution delivery, system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and production readiness
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with agreed SLAs
• Lead integration of newly acquired companies into the Group's ERP, CRM, and business systems landscape
• Develop and execute integration plans and coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
• Design and execute training and change management initiatives to support system and process adoption
• Support key users and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle

• University degree
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in ERP, CRM, or business systems environments
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing external technology vendors and partners
• Strong understanding of financial processes, CRM operations, and project management workflows
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Availability to travel occasionally to Group locations
