Contract Recruiter

• Identify, attract, and engage top talent through passive candidate outreach and innovative sourcing
• Manage candidate flow through the Greenhouse ATS
• Provide every prospect and candidate with a world-class experience
• Understand candidate expectations and present market-competitive offers
• Partner with hiring teams to understand organizational objectives and build hiring plans
• Create and distribute recruiting content across job posting platforms and social media
• Coach hiring leaders through the recruiting process as a subject matter expert
• Build strong relationships with client groups
• Lead kickoffs, interview panels, and debriefs for each search
• Contribute input to Talent team processes and identify efficiencies
• Carry a moderate workload with moderate volume and complexity
• Support talent brand, external events, and recruitment-strengthening projects
• Recruit for entry- to manager-level requisitions across corporate and business groups

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent), both spoken and written
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple departments, including corporate functions
• Experience recruiting for US claims roles, such as claims adjusters and claims leaders
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and common sourcing tools, like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information, articulate the team member value proposition, write compelling candidate outreach, and deliver difficult decisions clearly and professionally
• Strong business acumen and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Ability to manage and navigate moderately complex recruiting situations with stakeholders and candidates
• Understanding of how functional corporate and business teams operate together
• Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration and own tasks, deliverables, and timelines
• Must live and work in Mexico
• Legal right to provide services in Mexico

• Advanced English (C1 or equivalent), spoken and written
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience recruiting in the insurance industry
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience recruiting in a fast-paced startup or scaling business
• Preferred: Experience with Greenhouse
