Product Owner, German – Bootcamp

• Define, manage and deliver digital product requirements supporting business objectives and operational excellence in the financial industry
• Identify, analyze and shape business needs to deliver measurable value and improve end-to-end processes
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap
• Balance business value, risks, dependencies and operational constraints
• Lead discovery workshops
• Analyze AS-IS processes and define optimized TO-BE solutions
• Translate complex needs into process flows, user journeys and system interactions
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams
• Facilitate collaboration and clarify requirements within cross-functional teams
• Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers
• Prepare detailed requirement packages and validate delivered solutions
• Support UAT cycles, training and communication
• Drive adoption of new capabilities
• Provide ongoing application support
• Analyze recurring issues and turn insights into enhancements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis
• Proven record of delivering enterprise solutions
• Experience in context switching roles
• Ability to understand business context and translate it into actionable outcomes
• Hands-on experience leading discovery activities
• Experience defining business processes
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
• Strong background evaluating solution alternatives (existing tools vs. custom development)
• Ability to make recommendations based on value, feasibility and cost
• Ability to transform complex business and process requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery milestones
• Experience managing UAT cycles and coordinating stakeholders
• Experience driving adoption across diverse user groups
• Strong operational mindset, including post-deployment support, user interaction management and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making and deliver higher-quality outcomes
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly, structure effective prompts, validate outputs, understand limitations and own the final result
