City Manager, Real Estate

• Serve as the local network representative in the city and surrounding areas
• Grow the business in the area by onboarding new properties for management
• Manage the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and manage a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Track property-owner requests and manage operations through the ALB platform
• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
