Change Manager – Technical Background, Medical Technology

• Complete and process change documentation in accordance with established procedures
• Take responsibility for obsolescence management and the long-term availability of technical components
• Ensure proactive inventory planning with regard to the end of the lifecycle of technical components
• Confidently moderate committees with up to 25 participants
• Work as a Change Manager with a technical background, specializing in medical technology

• University degree in medical engineering or a comparable technical field
• Strong technical aptitude
• Solution-oriented approach to work
• Ideally, experience in escalation or interface management
• Very good command of German and English
• Confident presence in meetings
• Strong communication skills
• Structured and proactive approach to work
• High level of personal responsibility
