Technical Recruiter

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Write personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and follow-up sequences, and test messaging to improve response rates.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, motivation, communication, and compensation alignment.
• Run structured interview processes and keep candidates engaged and informed.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidates through acceptance.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS/CRM and report key metrics weekly.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and future roles.
• Improve recruiting processes, job postings, and employer branding.

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, product, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator, plus Boolean search.
• Solid understanding of engineering roles and tech stacks well enough to screen credibly and speak with developers.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment.
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
