Product Engineer – Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

• Technically lead the development of new features and products, with a focus on quality and scalability
• Work across the full stack, participating in the entire product lifecycle
• Design resilient, high-performance solutions built for continuous evolution
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience
• Contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and refactoring of existing systems
• Define and evolve architecture, development standards, and best practices
• Evaluate and support the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Ensure alignment among business rules, product requirements, and technical implementation
• Support the advancement of application observability, monitoring, and reliability
• Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to transform validated solutions into robust, efficient, and scalable products

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience in frontend development using React.js
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases
• Experience with Git and version control
• Knowledge of REST APIs and service integration
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP) — a plus
• Experience with microservices architecture — a plus
• Knowledge of application observability, monitoring, and performance — a plus
• Experience working in product environments and multidisciplinary teams — a plus
• Product mindset, beyond coding alone
