Country Manager, French Speaking

• Report on the performance of the specific country operated in by the client
• Monitor and optimize regional websites for user experience
• Oversee localized affiliate activities to ensure compliance and drive acquisition growth
• Conduct market studies and competitor comparisons
• Craft data-backed go-to-market strategies for the European territory
• Coordinate tasks and projects across Content and Design departments
• Track deadlines, priorities, dependencies, and blockers
• Support Team Leads with workload planning and team coordination
• Assume operational responsibilities during high workloads or Project Manager absence
• Identify and simplify or automate inefficient processes
• Identify AI opportunities in internal workflows and support implementation
• Configure and improve Jira workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and reporting
• Prepare production analytics reports covering task volumes, workload, timelines, bottlenecks, and risks
• Identify issues and recommend process improvements
• Champion local market nuances across teams
• Develop promotional methods for the client’s casino and sports products
• Collaborate with Team Leads, department heads, and internal stakeholders

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong track record coordinating multiple cross-functional teams or work-streams simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in Atlassian tools
• Ability to independently configure and optimize Jira workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and custom reports
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify root causes of process bottlenecks
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous process improvement
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to optimize work and team efficiency
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
