Legal Counsel

• Negotiate and draft agreements with strategic partners and service providers
• Oversee the contract management process
• Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights
• Manage disputes on digital platforms including App Store, Google Play, and Amazon
• Support employment and corporate matters
• Act as product counsel for new game features, initiatives, and product changes
• Respond to routine data protection and user support questions and identify escalation issues
• Provide legal guidance and strategic support to executive and operational teams
• Improve recurring legal work through better processes, automation, and responsible use of AI tools

• Law degree (LL.M. is a plus)
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house within the video game, software, or high-tech sectors
• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent workloads with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in Russian and English, written and spoken
• Strategic thinker with initiative, accountability, and a hands-on approach
