Trainer for Building Life Cycle Assessment
About the role
• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Support course participants in developing their skills
• Apply a variety of teaching methods
• Prepare and create teaching-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for residential and non-residential buildings
• Share case studies from projects, training experience, or reports in the field of sustainable and energy-efficient construction
• Act as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator
• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering
• Several years of professional experience assessing buildings in accordance with QNG and as part of the Climate-Friendly New Construction program
• Experience preparing and evaluating Life Cycle Assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer
• Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings
• Recognized energy efficiency expert
• Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
• Initial experience in internal training, professional development, or presenting case studies
• Strong methodological and teaching skills for conveying educational content
• Independent and structured working style, with a high degree of personal responsibility
