Contract Recruiter

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Marketing and Sales roles, from intake through to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand role requirements, priorities, and market realities
• Deliver high-quality shortlists quickly, focusing on relevance and market fit
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, ATS databases, and local job platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across CIS
• Headhunt passive candidates
• Map competitor companies and talent pools within fintech and financial services
• Own candidate communication end-to-end
• Conduct initial screening calls in Business English
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and follow-ups
• Keep candidates engaged through long or complex processes
• Maintain accurate ATS tracking, notes, and compliance
• Maintain clean pipelines, timely updates, and clear status reporting to the Talent Acquisition team
• Flag market constraints, compensation gaps, and profile quality issues and suggest solutions

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Recruiter
• Strong experience in Mass Hiring
• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or crypto
• Demonstrated experience recruiting Marketing and Sales roles
• Hands-on recruitment experience in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS databases, and local job boards
• Excellent Business English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work remotely while staying highly responsive and accountable
• Nice-to-have: experience working within an in-house TA team
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with regional market nuances, candidate expectations, and compensation dynamics
• Nice-to-have: experience supporting high-growth or fast-moving businesses
