SaaS Portfolio Sales Advisor – 100% FTE or Fractional

• Report to the Director of Growth and work within the SaaS division
• Embed within one or two software businesses at a time for a focused period of several months
• Diagnose sales go-to-market performance, including ideal customer profile and segmentation, pipeline and conversion, team structure and roles, forecasting, and revenue leakage
• Work alongside CEOs and Heads of Sales to fix broken processes and build missing capabilities
• Coach and develop sales leaders without replacing them
• Bring modern sales best practices from one company to another across the portfolio
• Provide the division with an honest assessment of each company's position and where intervention will or will not pay off
• Use performance data, dashboards, and sales tooling for diagnosis without building or administering the underlying systems

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience
• Proven track record as a senior sales leader (VP of Sales, Sales Director, CRO, or equivalent)
• Experience in B2B SaaS leadership roles with a European market focus
• Experience across more than one business or sales model
• Experience carrying and scaling a sales organisation, including building pipeline, structuring teams, fixing forecasting, and solving sales problems
• Genuine coaching and people-development skills
• Credibility and presence to earn the trust of CEOs and Heads of Sales
• Comfortable being accountable without being responsible and effective without a reporting line
• Working knowledge of modern sales operations, HubSpot, and Salesforce environments
• Knowledge of relevant sales metrics
• Willingness to travel to and spend focused time inside company businesses
• Full professional proficiency in English
