• Serve as a TOTVS RM Healthcare Consultant on a strategic project
• Contribute to the implementation, support, and enhancement of solutions within the TOTVS RM ecosystem
• Configure and support the module
• Gather requirements and map processes
• Lead user acceptance, testing, and functional support activities

• Proven experience with TOTVS RM Healthcare
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting the module
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes
• Experience with user acceptance testing, testing, and functional support
• Consultative and analytical mindset, with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of other TOTVS RM modules (a plus)
• Experience with integrations and SQL Server (a plus)
• TOTVS certifications (a plus)
