IT Recruiter – Talent Sourcer

• Proactively source qualified candidates using diverse methods and strategies to build and sustain robust talent pipelines
• Ensure accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions in the ATS
• Conduct market mapping and talent availability analysis across different regions to evaluate talent supply based on specific requests
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest sourcing trends and recruitment best practices to improve effectiveness continuously
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of client needs and role specifics, facilitating the identification of the best fit

• 2-4 years of professional experience in IT sourcing and/or recruiting for technical IT positions
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools
• Solid understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify and assess relevant candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and managing candidate communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving skills to handle challenging searches and adapt strategies as needed
• Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German at an Intermediate Strong / Upper-Intermediate level or higher
