Compensation & Benefits Manager

• Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients
• Build trusted client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management
• Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees and develop suitable solutions
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Guide new and existing clients through all stages of the order process
• Ensure consistently high quality and service standards
• Proactively inform clients about new benefits and further developments
• Actively contribute to shaping the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models
• Provide strategic advice to clients
• Develop customized benefits programs
• Identify potential improvements in existing systems

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
• Sound knowledge of HR and tax-related matters
• Experience in compensation and benefits is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
• Independent, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to work
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Confidence in handling commercial and business-related matters
• Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills
• Solid project management skills
• Affinity for technical topics
