Senior Data Developer – AI Solutions

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand context, challenges, and underlying needs
• Translate complex requirements into detailed technical specifications for AI and analytics platforms
• Own data products end to end, from ingestion and modeling through transformation, validation, final delivery, and monitoring
• Implement validation processes, automated testing, and quality checks
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and business-aligned metrics and KPIs
• Design and implement data transformation layers and consistent business rules
• Deliver datasets for dashboards and AI applications
• Collaborate with AI teams on structured data, data dictionaries, and models
• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines from multiple sources using SQL and Python
• Ensure solution performance and scalability
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions
• Deliver reliable data solutions rapidly and to high quality standards
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Facilitate alignments, present solution proposals, and document modeling and architecture decisions

• Proven experience in a Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering role at senior level
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and validation
• Solid experience in data modeling and data warehouse design
• Hands-on experience working with BigQuery or another cloud-based data warehouse platform
• Ability to understand complex business logic and validate results from a business perspective
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive mindset
• Experience specifying and preparing data requirements for AI or machine learning applications
• Advanced/fluent English in reading, writing, and conversation
• Track record of delivering high-impact projects quickly and with quality
• Nice to have: experience with dbt
• Nice to have: familiarity with Airbyte or Airflow
• Nice to have: knowledge of automated testing best practices and CI/CD for data pipelines
