Senior Product Manager – AdTech

• Drive the long-term vision, adoption and implementation of AdTech across Web and App platforms
• Identify new opportunities and optimise existing placements to maximise supplier revenue while ensuring a good customer experience
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritise the backlog with the Retail Media team
• Influence other Digital teams to prioritise and deliver new features
• Set and maintain customer experience standards with Design, Research and Retail Media teams
• Embed accessibility guidelines and support for assistive technologies
• Establish success metrics aligned with business OKRs and the online scorecard
• Define the product roadmap and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure delivery of initiatives creating measurable value for the business and customers
• Work closely with Design, Engineering and business stakeholders
• Expected to travel to the UK at least once or twice a month

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in AdTech, Retail Media, e-commerce or a similar digital product environment
• Solid understanding of the ad serving ecosystem, including placements, targeting, tracking, reporting and inventory management
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Ability to balance commercial goals with customer experience
• Strong analytical mindset
• Experience defining KPIs/OKRs and using data to drive prioritisation
• Experience working with web and mobile app products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
• Experience with an ad server or AdTech platform such as Kevel or Google Ad Manager (nice to have)
• Experience with self-service tooling for advertisers or suppliers (nice to have)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG and assistive technologies (nice to have)
• Experience leading or supporting platform migrations (nice to have)
• Background working closely with Design and UX Research teams (nice to have)
