Commercial Customer Service and Master Data Management Specialist

• Provide telephone and written support to business customers
• Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders
• Support new customers throughout the onboarding process for direct billing
• Act as a point of contact for questions regarding services and processes
• Work closely with internal departments
• Create and maintain customer, property, and contract data
• Process data changes in accordance with internal guidelines
• Ensure and continuously monitor high data quality
• Post daily bank transactions
• Review and allocate incoming payments
• Clarify and follow up on outstanding postings
• Support ongoing account reconciliation
• Communicate professionally by telephone and email
• Process inquiries and support the search for solutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure a high level of service quality

• Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience
• Enjoy interacting with customers by telephone and in writing
• Structured, accurate, and independent approach to work
• Good IT skills and an interest in digital processes
• Very good command of German, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ideally, experience in customer service or inside sales
• Ideally, experience in order processing
• Ideally, experience in master data maintenance
