Head of GTM Systems – AI

About the role

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM, including the library of skills, agent evaluations, cost, adoption, and ROI, in partnership with Data and Enablement
• Serve as customer zero for AI and turn successful approaches into patterns adopted by other functions
• Own the long-term design of the GTM stack across CRM, marketing automation, and customer-success tooling, deciding what to build versus buy
• Identify the best solution for each business problem and size its cost and feasibility
• Lead and coach five senior individual contributors across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, customer-success systems, and web operations
• Set and maintain standards for documentation, testing, and deployment
• Manage vendors end to end, including evaluations, quarterly keep-or-kill reviews, and renewals
• Partner with leaders of Data, Enablement, Security, Finance, and commercial functions
• Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams
• Build reliable, scalable products and systems that apply AI to go-to-market operations
• Establish quarterly objectives and a 12–18 month roadmap across systems infrastructure, ways of working, and the AI portfolio
• Ship AI agents that monitor business data and proactively reach stakeholders with agreed outcome measures
• Demonstrate commercial capacity reinvested as a result of the team's work and develop team-member growth paths

• 5+ years across GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS, or an adjacent path such as technical product management or consulting where real systems with a strong AI mandate were designed and shipped
• Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling and assess processes, AI value, and automation opportunities across the full revenue engine
• Fluency in modern GTM systems, including Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing, or customer lifecycle tools
• Deep Salesforce fluency is a strong plus
• Experience building with modern AI tooling, including agents, plugins or skills on top of LLMs, connectors to business systems, and agent evaluations
• Ability to define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritize investments and measure impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency, and revenue
• Strategic alignment and executive communication skills
• Ability to drive change through adoption
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience running vendor evaluations end to end
• Ability to set and maintain standards for documentation, testing, and deployment
• Experience coaching senior individual contributors
• Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
