Field Service Technician

• Commissioning and servicing our heat pumps at end customers’ homes and at system operators’ facilities
• Providing service-oriented advice to our customers and heating contractors by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting your colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding your assigned territory
• Taking part in the on-call service rotation with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible
• Contributing to the promotion of sustainable energy solutions in the Potsdam-Mittelmark region

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC and plumbing systems technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building services electronics technician, electrician, or electrical installer
• Ideally, additional qualification as a master craftsperson or technician
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification
• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer orientation, and willingness to travel
