Senior Business System Analyst – ML Team

• Work on AI integrations for Acumatica, including building a chat interface embedding AI into everyday work for Acumatica users
• Focus on complex API integrations and UI design for B2B/ERP systems
• Engage with product managers and support teams to identify and elaborate business needs
• Analyze competitors' solutions and track new technologies, products, and ERP features
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Evaluate, analyze, test, and document functionality for design work
• Structure information and write functional design specifications and technical requirements
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers during programming, debugging, and testing
• Perform acceptance testing and report bugs
• Troubleshoot customer issues and propose solutions
• Demonstrate features and enhancements to technical and non-technical audiences and manage feedback
• Cooperate with product managers to elaborate the product backlog

• Higher technical education in computer systems, systems and networks; information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, computational mathematics and informatics
• 10+ years of experience in system analysis, software design and development of functional specifications
• 10+ years of experience in the business software development industry
• Previous experience working as a Software Developer, Programming Analyst or other coding-related role is a strong advantage
• Understanding of software design principles, software engineering processes, and software product lifecycle
• User empathy and ability to model user behavior and identify flaws in running applications
• Systems thinking and ability to manage complexity at different levels
• Ability to structure large amounts of information, decompose objects and processes, synthesize solutions, and perform impact analysis
• Strong technical writing and technical communication skills
• Business analysis experience for complex business products similar to ERP systems is a plus
• C# .NET experience is a plus
• Experience with microservices or cloud services integration is a plus
• Professional knowledge of English is mandatory
• Russian is a plus
