Senior Governance Analyst

• Implement and maintain Windows, Intune (compliance, configuration, updates, BitLocker), and Conditional Access policies in Entra ID.
• Manage identities and access: MFA, dynamic groups, PIM, access reviews, and least privilege.
• Configure federation between tenants and subscriptions (B2B, cross-tenant, Azure).
• Apply security baselines to endpoints (Windows, macOS, and mobile) and monitor Secure Score and Defender.
• Support the deployment of ZTNA.
• Document policies and evidence for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Provide Level 3 support to the Service Desk for identity and endpoint issues.
• Integrate the Microsoft environment with change management.

• Experience administering and governing a corporate Microsoft environment.
• Microsoft Intune (policies, compliance, Autopilot, application management).
• Entra ID: Conditional Access, MFA, groups, and administrative roles.
• Windows policies (GPO and Intune/MDM).
• Identity federation and multi-tenant or multi-subscription scenarios.
• Deployment of corporate security controls.
• Preferred: ZTNA/SASE (Entra Private Access, Zscaler, Netskope, Cloudflare).
• Preferred: Defender for Endpoint, Purview, or Sentinel.
• Preferred: SC-300, MD-102, SC-100, or AZ-500 certifications.
• Preferred: ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, and CVM/BACEN requirements.
• Preferred: Experience in the financial services industry or regulated environments.
