Delivery Partner Consultant – Talent Acquisition

• Support the Delivery Partner Manager in developing and strengthening delivery partner relationships
• Screen, interview, and assess external partner resources based on project requirements and internal standards
• Collaborate with hiring teams, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand project needs
• Facilitate effective partner engagement
• Coordinate the end-to-end screening process, including documentation, database updates, stakeholder communication, and timely SLA-based feedback
• Research delivery partner capabilities and market trends
• Provide process guidance and consultancy to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery partner management processes, tools, and ways of working
• Share knowledge, guide colleagues, and contribute to stakeholder satisfaction and business objectives

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition
• Expertise in screening and assessing technical and functional profiles
• Competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation experience
• Experience working with international candidates and stakeholders
• Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, and CRMs
• Strong process management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and SLAs
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Advanced Excel skills (nice to have)
• Professional proficiency in German, written and spoken (nice to have)
