Senior System Analyst

• Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Ensure clear and standards-compliant project specifications
• Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders
• Assist with feature prioritization and manage requested changes
• Serve as a proxy product owner representing stakeholders
• Ensure seamless communication with the development team
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure productive collaboration
• Resolve or escalate blockers promptly
• Create and maintain relevant project-related documentation
• Visualize developed solution workflows through diagrams
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of a flexible asset tokenization platform with smart contract capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data engineering teams

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong technical background with solid experience in system analysis
• Experience working closely with data engineering teams
• Understanding of data architecture concepts, including data lakes and data warehouses
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and investigation
• Experience analyzing, documenting, managing, and prioritizing business and system requirements
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of autonomy and proactivity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage challenging stakeholder relationships
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Experience in fintech or financial services (desirable)
• Experience with blockchain projects (desirable)
• Experience working in international, distributed teams (desirable)
• CV submitted in English
