Solution Engineer – Atlassian

• Design, prototype, and build business solutions following best practices to meet stakeholder needs
• Perform business analysis to gather information about business processes and customer needs from key stakeholders
• Test business solutions to ensure performance is as designed and resolve identified issues
• Develop and support migration plans for business solutions across environments
• Guide stakeholders throughout the migration process
• Document solutions and compose training materials
• Conduct training sessions for end users
• Transition key information to the support team
• Identify enhancements and process improvements to evolve product and solution functionality

• Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions
• Proficiency with relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as C#, Apex, or Python
• Strong business analysis skills, including documenting functional requirements
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to manage project scope and compact timelines while setting appropriate customer expectations
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional, tactful demeanor
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
• Experience composing and presenting business analysis documentation for stakeholder validation and approval
