Senior Data Engineer – LatAm Only

• Design and maintain data pipelines, ELT processes, and the data warehouse
• Create robust ingestion pipelines across integrations with partners
• Build extraction, transformation, and loading processes for diverse data sources
• Maintain documentation of data architecture and processes
• Implement data models in the data warehouse to standardize and denormalize data from multiple sources
• Automate processes by implementing and maintaining a robust data orchestration system
• Build integration components generalizable across multiple platforms
• Ensure data integrity by setting up alerts for data update failures
• Contribute to financial infrastructure supporting SMBs across Latin America

• 5+ years working in Python
• Deep software engineering skills
• Experience with ELT patterns and tools such as Airbyte or Fivetran
• Experience with data orchestration systems and pipeline tools such as Airflow, Astronomer, Dagster, or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of SQL and data modeling with relational databases and data warehouses
• Experience implementing data modeling and transformation jobs with tools such as dbt
• Proficiency with git-based version control
• Experience contributing to architecture and design of data processing systems, including reliability, monitoring, and scaling
• Experience collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and machine learning engineers
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Experience working within the AWS ecosystem
• Experience working with third-party APIs
