Infor LN Consultant – Warehouse and Logistics Focus

• Provide comprehensive support to customers during the implementation of Infor LN and technology transitions
• Define project requirements with customers and prospects and prepare effort estimates
• Conduct interviews to assess the current state
• Create detailed process descriptions and identify opportunities for optimization
• Develop solutions for software implementation and process optimization
• Implement solutions in collaboration with the internal team
• Serve as the customer contact for project-related topics and technical questions
• Conduct customer training sessions and workshops
• Support customer projects through to software go-live

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in process consulting and Infor LN implementation, particularly in warehouse and logistics operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and listen actively
• High level of personal responsibility and reliability
• Strong customer and service orientation
• German at least at C2 level
